    Standard Weekend (Fri/Sat Nights) pricing

    The most popular all year round (excludes peak periods)

    House Component $1000 per night (for up to 10 people and 5 bedrooms) additional bedding supplied at $50 per night per person (This is the minimum that can be booked). For extra space you can also book:

    • Apartment Component $400 (for up to 4 people) additional bedding supplied at $50 per night per person

    • Unit Component $400 (for up to 4 people) additional bedding supplied at $50 per night per person

    Note: the Short-Term Government Stay tax of 7.5% will be added don above.

  • Mid-week(Sun - Thurs nights, excluding peak periods)

    Great for the mid-week escape.

    Minimum booking is up to 4 people using at least Unit or apartment). Is a 20% discount on standard weekend pricing.

  • Peak Periods

    Is all long weekends and xmas through New-Year Period

    Price is 20% extra on standard weekend rates.

  • Special Events

    For those special occasions

    We do allow special events where you can have day guests besides people staying. This could be for a wedding, major birthday, anniversary etc.

    These events will be discussed and quoted based on requirements. However minimum event fee is $2500.

  • Discounts

    Want to save costs:

    Outside of specific campaigns that maybe run the following are always on offer excluding peak periods and special events:

    • Book more than 6 months in advance to get a 10% discount

    • Book last minute (under 4 weeks in advance to get a 20% discount)

  • Booking Process and Refunds

    What to know

    • Enquire and we will send a quote

    • Quote is inclusive of all charges based on room configuration and number of people supplied and any discounts

    • Let us know you want to go ahead and will send booking confirmation details including details to pay booking deposit to secure dates.

    • Balance of rent and refundable security deposit is normally required 1 month prior to stay unless otherwise specified.

    • Cancellation Policy (including move dates)

      • If cancel more than 3 months in advance then refund booking deposit in full.

      • Otherwise best efforts will refund if get a replacement booking, so earlier the better.

      • Once final payment made no refund unless due to Andana circumstances.
